Cancellation, Refund, and Return Policies
- Kyoto Gold cannot issue refunds for orders that have already been shipped, so if you wish to cancel your order, we recommend submitting your request immediately. We cannot guarantee that your request will be processed.
- Refund and cancellation requests must be processed by a customer service representative. To ensure your request is received and processed, contact email@example.com
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Kyoto Gold will not issue refunds for orders shipped to the most updated address provided by the customer. Kyoto Gold will not return items that are returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
- Kyoto Gold will provide full or partial refunds on orders that are damaged, missing, or otherwise impacted by circumstances outside of the customer’s control. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to report damaged or missing items. Refunds are issued to the account used to place the order.
- We do not accept returns.
- Gift cards and items purchased on sale are non-refundable.
How to Submit a Cancellation or Refund Request
Order cancellations and refunds (including renewal charges from existing subscriptions) must be processed by a customer service representative. To submit a cancellation or refund request, contact us at email@example.com and provide your order number and the email address used to place the order. Allow one full business day for us to assist you.
